That may sound like a pretty bold statement, but it’s absolutely the truth. For all health issues, from digestive distress, to cancer, gut health is a factor in how the condition starts and how it progresses. If you want to manage or heal anything you have going on in your body, you have to start with your gut.
There is SO MUCH we can do to support our gut health…it’s like we’re all a bunch of low-lying fruit! Relatively small changes to diet and lifestyle can heed hugely positive results for our well-being. The trouble however, is that most of us don’t have a sweet clue:
a) that the issues we’re struggling with are connected to our gut health, and
b) what changes we can make that will improve our gut health.
That’s where I can help! As a holistic nutritionist, I’ve worked with a clients who have come to me with a variety of health concerns:
