I’m sure it’s not a surprise to anyone that it plays a pivotal role in digestion, but it’s also a huge component of immunity and even our mental health! Candida overgrowth, a relatively common but usually unknown and misunderstood issue, can quietly disrupt the delicate balance of our gut.
