Episode 7: Our #1 Suggestion for Boosting Energy


What a year (and then some) it’s been! It really doesn’t matter where you are on the planet, it’s been a crazy year for all of us. Thankfully, we’re starting to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I think it’s safe to say that the events of the past year have been severely energy-sucking for all of us. Kim and I felt it would be helpful for many folks if we did a bit of a series on energy – things that will help boost it, ways to avoid what sucks it outta ya…things like that. 

We’re starting the first episode of the series taking about good ol’ H20!

Water is THE best place to start when it comes to boosting energy…it’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s cheap. Oh, and it works. Considering the body is 60% water, it’s no surprise that good hydration is critical for the body to function optimally and that drinking water will make you feel better almost immediately.

We just have to remember to drink it! 

In Episode 7, we discuss what we feel your water goal should be, why being well hydrated makes us feel good and even best times of the day and situations during which it’s important to make a real effort to drink water. We also discuss signs of dehydration – most of which are pretty easy to pick out and also pretty easily remedied…with a glass of water.
