

I’ll send you my Food/Mood/Exercise Journal and you record everything you eat for seven days. Send it back to me and I’ll look through it all, identify where you could make some changes and present it to you in a report that clearly outlines my suggestions and reasons for making them.
This is an excellent way to get started with modifying your eating habits and gradually moving toward better hormonal balance that will lead to improved health and wellness.
